Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, accessing or using Adathlete, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Adathlete. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login secure. You may sign in using phone, email, Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

3. The service

Adathlete lets athletes log training, track growth and recovery, keep records and see batch scoreboards, and lets coaches build programs, manage batches, run tests and give feedback. Features may change, improve or be discontinued over time.

Coaches and athletes connect through batches. If you join a batch, you agree that the coach can view the training-related data needed to coach you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful, harmful or abusive purpose;
• impersonate others, or access another person's account without permission;
• upload content that is illegal, infringing, harassing or misleading;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service;
• use the service to collect data about others without a lawful basis.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the training logs, records and other content you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate and improve the service for you and, where applicable, your coach or batch. You are responsible for the content you submit.

6. Not medical advice

Adathlete provides training and recovery insights for informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, diagnostic or treatment advice. Always use your own judgement and consult a qualified professional before making decisions about training, injury or health. You train at your own risk.

7. Intellectual property

The Adathlete name, logo, app, website and their content (excluding your content) are owned by ADATHLETE PRIVATE LIMITED and protected by law. You may not use our brand or materials without our prior written permission.

8. Fees

Some features may be offered free of charge and others may require payment in future. Where paid plans are introduced, the applicable pricing and the Refund & Cancellation Policy will be made available before you pay.

9. Suspension & termination

You may stop using Adathlete and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service. On termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADATHLETE PRIVATE LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the service.
